Vigyan Ghar is the flagship programme of Pragati Vigyan Sanstha — the world’s first science-based reality show. Modelled on the format of a live reality show, the most creative students selected from across the country live together in an isolated house and take on daily scientific tasks and challenges.
Guided by the “Vigyan Guru”, participants are encouraged to come up with genuine, indigenous scientific solutions to everyday problems. Every day a motivational guest meets the candidates, and renowned science teachers evaluate their work. The entire show is telecast live on the organisation’s science channel “Vigyan Aao Karke Sikhe”.
Through this unique format, science is brought into the spotlight and learning is made fun, exciting and hands-on — inspiring a new generation of thinkers, innovators and problem-solvers.
